The ticket appears on the kitchen screen with an alert that repeats until someone accepts it.
One tap assigns a driver. Your customer follows them on a live map — fewer “where is my food?” calls.
Automatic customer messages — emails and notifications to your own customers, like an “order again” reminder — with results in euros. Not Google or Meta ads.

Starter is €45/month, Professional €75/month and Complete €109/month, billed annually — or €59, €89 and €129 with monthly billing. Prices exclude VAT. Online card payments also carry a per-order platform fee that includes card processing; it's set out in your agreement and we'll walk you through it on the call.
Plans run on a 12-month agreement; annual billing gets the lower price. We'll send you the agreement to read before you sign anything.

Yes, and most owners do. Marketplaces are useful for finding new customers. OrdFox is for your regulars: every one who orders directly is an order you don't pay marketplace commission on.
Your own drivers, using the OrdFox driver app with dispatch and live tracking, included in every plan. We don't offer a third-party courier fleet yet. If you don't have drivers, you can start with collection orders.
Your brand is front and centre: your name, logo, colours and domain. A small “Powered by OrdFox” credit may appear.
Emails and notifications that go to your own customers automatically: abandoned basket reminders, a thank-you after their second order, “order again” nudges and special dates. They're included in the Complete plan. This is not Google or Meta ads management.
Not yet. The Professional and Complete plans include your own iOS app. The Android version is coming soon, and we'll tell you when it's ready rather than promise a date we can't keep.
Any modern tablet or computer with an up-to-date web browser runs the POS and the kitchen screen. Drivers use the driver app on their phones.
Card payments go through Stripe into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank account.
