- Renews automatically for another 12 months.
- Written notice at least 3 months before the end.
- Leaving early can carry a fee.

- A 12-month agreement.
- Annual billing gets the lower monthly price.

Questions owners ask us
Is OrdFox cheaper than Flipdish?
On the monthly plan price, yes: each OrdFox plan is below the matching Flipdish plan, and driver tracking is included. Neither of us publishes the per-order fee on the pricing page, so ask both for the full figures for your volume.
Can I leave Flipdish before my contract ends?
Flipdish's standard terms run for 12 months and renew automatically unless you give written notice at least 3 months before the end; leaving early can carry a fee. Check your own agreement. We'll plan the switch around your dates.
Will I lose my menu?
No. We import your Flipdish menu, options, prices, opening hours and branding for you in 48 hours. Delivery fees and zones aren't public on Flipdish, so we set those up with you.
